Welcome to Class, Home Selling 101 today is on the CA Real Estate and Dean Eisenmann is your instructor.

If you’re a home seller it’s crucial you have an overall understanding of the purchase contract, the sales agreement used in your state, and it’s helpful if you have that information in advance.

When I meet with sellers I review the marketing information, including comparable sales info, my marketing plan for their home in addition to the CA real estate sales contract. Then when an offer comes in sellers are of course interested in the offering price, buyers qualifications and date of closing.

As a an experienced REALTOR representing home sellers I know there is a wide range of other items of concern contained within that CA contract impacting the sellers. It’s filled with buyer contingencies for inspections, loan approval, appraisal and on and on.  By reviewing a contract in advance sellers have far better understanding of what to expect during the home selling process.

So now that you’re at the end of class today at HomeSelling101.com, I hope you will come back for another visit.  You can also check my  real estate south land blog, LivingInSoCal.com.  And  if you, or someone you know is looking for real help especially understanding the CA real estate contract and has the real estate know-how, contact me Lynda@PreferredHomeBrokers.com.
